This website is published by Dr. Ana-Maria Spiridon, dentist, a member of the Colegiul Medicilor Stomatologi din România (the Romanian College of Dentists), with the right of independent practice in dentistry on the territory of Romania. The fields of activity presented on the website are dental prosthetics, dental aesthetics and implant-prosthetic therapy.

The medical services presented on this website are provided at and by DentaField Clinic, which has the status of healthcare provider. The clinic holds the authorisations provided by law for carrying out medical activity, keeps the patient's medical record and is the party with which the relationship concerning treatment is established.

The dental medicine activity presented on this website is organised and carried out in accordance with the law, on the basis of the authorisations, approvals and health registrations provided by the applicable Romanian legislation.

Consultations and treatments are provided within DentaField Clinic, a healthcare facility that operates on the basis of the operating health authorisation and the other approvals and registrations required of healthcare providers, under the supervision of the Direcția de Sănătate Publică a Municipiului București (the Bucharest Public Health Directorate).

The authorisation and registration documents are held at the clinic's premises and may be made available by the clinic to the competent authorities and to interested persons, under the conditions of the law.

Dentistry is a regulated profession in Romania. Dr. Ana-Maria Spiridon obtained the title of dentist in Romania, is a member of the Colegiul Medicilor Stomatologi din România (the Romanian College of Dentists — CMSR) and holds the right of independent practice in dentistry.

The Colegiul Medicilor Stomatologi din România is the competent professional body — the authority for the organisation, representation and control of the exercise of the profession of dentist. The exercise of the profession is governed by Legea nr. 95/2006 (the Romanian law on healthcare reform, republished), Title XIII, by the Codul deontologic al medicului stomatolog (the Dentists' Code of Professional Conduct) adopted by the CMSR (Decizia AGN nr. 6/1AGN/2021, in the form consolidated by Decizia nr. 1/1AGN of 21 March 2025) and by the Legea drepturilor pacientului nr. 46/2003 (the Romanian Patients' Rights Law).

The texts of the legislative acts mentioned are publicly accessible in the Official Gazette of Romania (Monitorul Oficial al României) and on the official legislation portal (legislatie.just.ro), and the Code of Professional Conduct, the statute of the profession and the other professional regulations are published on the CMSR website (cmsr.ro), where they can be consulted in the version in force.

The dental imaging investigations used in dentistry (intraoral X-rays, orthopantomography, cephalometric teleradiography, 3D CBCT) are carried out at DentaField Clinic, with equipment and in premises under the authorisation regime provided by the regulations on the safe conduct of activities involving ionising radiation sources, issued by the Comisia Națională pentru Controlul Activităților Nucleare (CNCAN, the Romanian National Commission for Nuclear Activities Control), and by personnel authorised in accordance with these regulations. The authorisations relating to the activity involving ionising radiation sources are held by the clinic.

Any radiological exposure is carried out exclusively on the doctor's indication, on the basis of an individual medical justification and in compliance with the principle of optimisation, that is, of the minimum exposure necessary to obtain the diagnostic information. No radiological investigations are carried out "on request", in the absence of a clinical indication and a prior consultation.

The treating doctor holds professional civil liability insurance for malpractice, mandatory pursuant to Legea nr. 95/2006 (Art. 667). Dr. Ana-Maria Spiridon holds such insurance, taken out under the conditions provided by law.

Dr. Ana-Maria Spiridon and the clinic's staff are bound by professional secrecy. All information concerning the patient's state of health, the results of the investigations, the diagnosis, the prognosis and the treatment, as well as personal data, is confidential, in accordance with the Legea drepturilor pacientului nr. 46/2003 (the Romanian Patients' Rights Law, Art. 21). This information may be provided to third parties only with the patient's consent or in the cases expressly provided by law (Art. 22).

The status of patient is neither confirmed nor denied through any online channel — e-mail, form, messaging, forum or virtual assistant — regardless of the person requesting this information.

The patient's medical record is drawn up, kept and archived by DentaField Clinic, within the time limits laid down by the regulations applicable to healthcare providers. Requests for access to the medical documents are addressed to the clinic.

The fees for the services are set and invoiced by DentaField Clinic and are displayed at its premises. The fees presented in the "Fees" section of this website are indicative and do not constitute an offer to contract. The final price for each patient is established following the consultation and the individualised dental treatment plan, depending on the work required and the materials used. The fees are expressed in Romanian lei (RON).

Dental medical care services provided for a therapeutic purpose are exempt from value added tax, without the right of deduction, under Art. 292 of Legea nr. 227/2015 (the Romanian Tax Code).

For grievances related to the medical procedure itself, you can first contact DentaField Clinic, as the healthcare provider, for a direct resolution.

If the situation is not resolved in this way, you may refer to the Colegiul Medicilor Stomatologi din România for disciplinary and ethical matters, to the Commission for Monitoring and Professional Competence for malpractice cases, established at the level of the Direcția de Sănătate Publică (Public Health Directorate) pursuant to Legea nr. 95/2006, as well as to the courts.

These procedures, specific to the medical procedure, are distinct from the alternative consumer dispute resolution procedure (SAL/ANPC).

If the dispute is not resolved directly, you may refer, for the alternative resolution of disputes (SAL), to the Directorate for the Alternative Resolution of Disputes within the Autoritatea Națională pentru Protecția Consumatorilor (ANPC, the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection). The organisation and conduct of this procedure are regulated by Ordonanța Guvernului nr. 38/2015 (the Romanian ordinance on the alternative resolution of disputes between consumers and traders, which transposed Directive 2013/11/EU). Information and forms are available at www.anpc.ro and reclamatiisal.anpc.ro.

The rights recognised for consumers by Ordonanța Guvernului nr. 21/1992 (the Romanian consumer protection ordinance) remain unaffected, and the alternative dispute resolution procedure is without prejudice to your right to bring the matter before the courts.
