Guidance before your appointment
Your case, in photos
You will upload a few photos and answer a short set of questions. I will review them and, before your first visit, send you preliminary guidance. It remains guidance only, because the treatment plan is established at the consultation.
Treatment options, side by side
For a given case, the possible options will be set side by side. You will see what each one involves, how long it takes and what care it needs afterwards, with the sources indicated. The decision remains yours, and we make it together.
A smile simulation
Starting from a photograph, you will see a simulation of how your smile could look after treatment. It is only an indicative simulation, not a promise of a result. At the consultation we establish what is actually possible in your case.
Appointments and staying in touch
Confirmation and easy rescheduling
You will receive a confirmation message you can answer with a single word. And if you did not manage to come, I will offer you another slot, without your having to call.
Reminders and a waiting list
Before every visit you will receive a reminder that you confirm with one reply. And if a slot frees up, it will be offered automatically to whoever was waiting for an earlier one.
Picking up a plan left waiting
If a treatment stopped halfway or a consultation had no follow-up, you will receive a short message saying where it can be picked up again. One message only, which you may answer or leave.
Written explanations by email after your consultation
If you agree to it, over the following days you will receive a few written explanations about the options we discussed, while you make up your mind. You will be able to stop those messages with one click, from any of them.
An invitation to leave a review
After a completed visit you will receive one single invitation to write about how it went, sent when you have time to answer. If you would rather not write, you will not be asked again.
Your patient area
Your documents and photos
A private area, behind a login, from which you will be able to download the documents and photos in your file whenever you want. Without having to ask me for them each time.
Your treatment, in one place
You will see which stage you are at, what comes next, the progress photos and the date of your next visit, all on the same page. It is meant for treatments that run over several months.
An assistant that knows your file
Once signed in, you will be able to ask questions between visits, and the answers will start from your own treatment plan rather than from general information. The assistant does not make a diagnosis and does not take the place of a check-up.
A family account
A single account will be able to follow several patients. For example, a parent could keep track of their children's treatments without needing a separate account for each child.
Support along the way
Recommendations to people you know
A personal link with which you will be able to recommend me to family or friends. When they come in for a first visit, I will know who to thank.
New tools on the site
A questions and answers forum
You will be able to ask questions about dental work and read my answers, clearly marked as the doctor's reply. The answers stay informational and do not take the place of a consultation.
Online booking with open slots
You will see the time slots still open in my schedule and choose the time yourself. You will receive the confirmation by email, and we will no longer need to exchange messages to find a suitable time.
